Vegan Hot Dog

Ingredients: vegan hot dog, pickled cucumber sauce, tomato sauce, yellow mustard sauce.

1. Pan fried the vegan hot dog with little oil.
2. Cut in half the long bread.
3. Add pickled cucumber sauce into the bread.
4. Add vegan hot dog into the bread then put ketchup and yellow mustard sauce.

Vegan Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Ingredients: vegan shrimp, tomatoes, red pepper, soybean kernels, canned pineapple.

Seasoning: tomato sauce, sugar, white vinegar, chef’s delight vegan seasoning.

1. Wash and boil soybean kernels. Wash tomatoes and red pepper and cut in pieces.
2. Cook with little oil and pour the tomato sauce about 3 to 4 tablespoons.
3. Add little vinegar, sugar, chef’s delight vegan seasoning and water.
4. Stir and taste the sweet and sour degree suited to your taste.
5. Cook vegan shrimp, tomato and soybean kernels with little oil.
6. Put in the sweet and sour sauce into the pot and add red peppers, pineapple, stir well for 2 to 3 minutes.

Vegan Fried Bite

Ingredients: vegan bite, sugar, flour, tomato sauce.

1. Mix thoroughly water with flour and add little sugar, flour paste cannot be too thick, then add a small tablespoon of hot oil to the flour paste and mix well.
2. Cover the flour paste with vegan bite in an oil temperature of about 80°C, deep fry until it becomes golden brown, then picked up and drain.
3. Put on tomato sauce on top of the vegan bite and it’s ready to serve.
