Vegan Pineapple Prawn

Ingredients: vegan shrimp ball, half piece of pineapple, green peppers.

Seasoning: tomato sauce, sugar, white vinegar, chef’s delight vegan seasoning.

Directions:
1. Hollow out half piece of pineapple.
2. Remove the pineapple and cut red peppers in slices.
3. Heat oil in medium-high heat, add tomato sauce about 3 to 4 tablespoons, add some vinegar, sugar, chef’s delight vegan seasoning, water and stir fry.
4. Add pineapple, green pepper, then add water and starch.
5. Add vegan shrimp prawn and stir fry evenly.
6. Add all the ingredients into the hollowed out pineapple.

 
Vegan Spicy Tofu

Ingredients: tofu.

Seasoning: spicy bean paste, ginger, pepper oil, chef’s delight vegan seasoning, soy sauce.

Directions:
1. Cut the tofu into small square pieces.
2. Add one tablespoon of oil and stir fry ginger, spicy bean paste, add some soy sauce plus a cup of water.
3. Put the tofu in and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, add chef’s delight vegan seasoning, pepper oil and water with starch.

 
Vegan Stewed Beef Soup

Ingredients: vegan bites, carrot, white radish, tomato, ginger, chili.

Seasoning: soy sauce, sugar, chef’s wonder vegan seasoning.

Directions:
1. Peel carrot, white radish and cut them into square pieces.
2. Cut ginger and chili in slices.
3. Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in the pot, add ginger, chili, sugar, soy sauce, 2 cups of water and stir evenly.
4. Add more water, add the above ingredients and add chef’s wonder vegan seasoning, cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.
